Where can I download ASPS software for testing on our server?

You can't because without licensing it will not run.

But if you want to see how effective it is, there are several demos online for you to visit and try using different devices:

Note: the "protect-anywhere" demo will protect the nominated page because it is served from an ASPS server, but any pages linked from that page will not be via ASPS and thus not protected.

Or you can try it with your own content by trying a demo account for SafeGaurd Mail at https://safeguard.media/mail/account_join.asp
