We have many different websites, one for each course that we provide. I understand the part about ASPS licencing being a one-time fee but it is unclear if there is a limit to the number of web sites that can use ASPS. Is there an additional cost for each website?

There is no limit. In fact if you nominate all of your sites when ordering ASPS, they can all be licensed and setup without any additional cost. The only condition will be that the site already be active at the time of install.

What if I want to add a new site later, after install has been completed? Will there be a fee for that?

There is no set pricing. Depending on the number of new sites, available access and your server type, it may be based on time only.
