Can this solution be used on smart tv?

No. Smart TV uses a built-in web browser that cannot do much more than display web pages. For copy protection a secure web browser is required and one that can decrypt protected pages and media and one one that does not allow copy. A new or secure web browser cannot be installed on TVs.
