SafeGuard Mail messages can only be read from the web page that displays them on the SafeGuard Mail server, and to view those messages the ArtisBrowser is required which decrypts the message for display while preventing all copy and sharing.
However an email can be sent by normal email as a notification that a user has new mail. Email notification is an option that can be set by authors and team leaders to apply to their group.
