SafeGuard Mail uses the most secure web page protection available today with DRM that cannot be exploited in any way. Recipients cannot copy or share their messages because they are not only protected from all save, copy and recording, but each recipient account is locked to their computer, thus preventing anyone else from accessing their messages.
Authors and team leaders can nominate protection settings to apply across the board or nominate settings per message that can govern how many different devices each user can use and from which device they can access such as desktop PC or mobile device.
DRM
Once a user logs in using a device it is identified and gets locked to their account. If only one device is allowed the user can only use that device hence forward. If 2 or more devices are allowed they too will be identified and locked to the user's account.
Copy Protection
SafeGuard Mail content cannot be accessed using normal web browsers which are useless for preventing copy. Instead, all users are required to use the ArtisBrowser, a secure web browser designed to copy protect intellectual property where all other browsers fail.
